Souvenirerna på gång

Jill Smith, vår kontaktperson i Arsenal, mejlade idag (läs hela mejlet nedan) och berättade att våra souvenirer åter är skickade till Sverige.

De anlände första gången 9 december. Men ingen avi skickades ut till Uffe Jansson så efter en månad returnerades grejerna till London. Nu är alltså de på väg tillbaka igen.

Vems fel det hela är går inte att säga. Arsenal FC har skött sina kort och levererat i tid. Förmodligen är det Posten som gjort fel.
Hur som helst: Vi väntas få grejer på torsdag och Uffe kommer då att skicka ut dem omedelbart.

Hello Mats

Thanks for e-mail but you are never going to believe this.  I have just had a phone call from our Warehouse who have advised us that the parcel has
to-day been returned to them with a message on it to say "Not known".  It would appear that the information Parceforce gave us about the package having been signed for was wrong.  We cannot make out what has happened.

The parcel is now being sent out again by Datapost and should reach you within 2 days.  It has been sent to Ulf at the following address (information previously provided by Ulf).

Unfortunately I cannot explain what has happened.   We are very sorry that you did not receive the package earlier and would advise you that we are about to change the way we send our parcels and will no longer be using Parcelforce.  It would be appreciated if you would apologise to your members on our behalf and explain that it was outside our control.

Can you please e-mail as soon as the parcel has been safely received.

I look forward to seeing you either on Friday or on Sunday before the match (if it is Sunday can you please come to collect at least one hour before kick-off).
